The events will kick off with the 10 and 5K at 7:30 a.m. that morning followed by a 2K family fun run at 9:30 a.m. with awards to be presented at 10 a.m. Awards include cash and special milk bottles along with cheese baskets.
There will be educational booths in conjunction with the Dairy sponsors of the event that includes Southwest Dairy Farmers, Texas Association of Dairymen, Dairy Max, Erath County Farm Bureau, Core milk products and Dublin Economic Development.
As the morning progresses, food booths will set up for a Taste of Dublin along with various vendors.
There will be entertainment on stage at the Dublin Bottling Works Celebration park including the Dublin High School Stage Band and Dublin Dandi-Lion Drill Team with the Sweet Hattalines of Brownwood at noon, Granbury Cloggers at one followed by Boogie Nights with Lee Leatherwood as DJ all afternoon.
Vendor space is free. Pam Simon is in charge of vendors and entertainment with more developments announced as it is lined up.
