Okay, I know this one is going to sound strange; it sounded strange to me when I first learned that this very natural, inexpensive remedy actually often works better on some skins than expensive creams or treatments for releasing blackheads from pores. However, after I stopped and thought about it, I realized that the baking powder makes a natural “drawing” paste.
Just remember that it can be drying to your skin so be sure to follow suggestions for moisturizing.
1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
Milk, just enough to make a paste
Mix well and pat onto the area you want to treat. Let dry.
Rinse with warm water. Apply up to three times if needed with a final rinse of warm water and then cold. If you suffer with dry skin, you will need to finish with a moisturizer. Organic coconut oil works very well.
Obviously, if you have a big problem, you may need to repeat this process on several different days.
