I have several favorite facial masks that I make from nothing but food. This is one that I really like…maybe not as much as my banana mask, but close.
I actually make this one in my Nutri-Bullet, but I’m sure a good blender or food processor would work fine.
1 Egg White
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
Cut tops off of strawberries and put all in blender. Blend until strawberries are smooth. Apply to face and leave on until dried. Rinse with warm water and then cold water. If you have dry skin, you might use a bit of coconut oil as a moisturizer.
