Everyday I have been working in the lab making final tweaks to our red wines. The 2010 Dark Horse (new wine) has been completed. It is now ready for bottling.
I need to do a little more work on the 2010 Austin St. Red and Buffalo Roam. We are bottling two weeks from today. We are about a month away from opening 4.0 Cellars inFredericksburg. We have hired several employees down there, and we have a Facebook page & a Twitter account!
Must be getting serious down there. Last Wednesday was the online twitter tasting of Viognier’s. It was VERY fast paced and Viognier’s from all over the country. But the feedback I received on Brennan Vineyards 2010 Viognier was very positive. It was the 1st empty bottle at the main tasting location.
That is always a good sign!
