Amy Moerman & Newburg 4-H Are Truly A Message Of Hope

County Judge James R. Arthur signed a proclamation proclaiming this week National 4-H Week. The 2014-15 Comanche County 4-H Youth Council was on hand for this occasion. All four clubs here in Comanche County were represented--De Leon 4-H Club, Newburg 4-H Club, On Target 4-H Shooting Sports and the Comanche 4-H Rodeo Club.
