• Celebrating Halloween In Small Town Texas

    Trick Or Treat!

Well, it wasn’t a small-town Saturday night as the song says, but it certainly was a Comanche, Texas celebration with some big-time fun attached to it for a few hundred children, and Texansunited.com was there to capture parts of it for you in photos.

First of all we stopped by Durham Pecan where we found office personell dressed in the spirit of things.

Our next stop was a quick trip around the square where we caught those getting ready to hand out treats in the set-up stage.

Next we found featured entertainment and a crowd beginning to gather around it.

Here at Texansunited.com we send out a huge thank you to the Chamber as well as the businesses and organizations who worked so hard to create an evening of fun for the young people of Comanche. AND as usual, we saw Darwin Dickerson working behind the scenes to block of streets and make sure that crossing guards were in place to ensure the safety of all…just another small-town Texas perk!…Fredda Davis Jones
