Relay For Life 2012: Here we are with less than 2 months before our Relay For Life Event on April 20th. Time is flying by quickly. We will have a Team Captain Meeting on March 20th at 5:30, followed by the Committee Meeting.

Both meetings will be in the CCMC Cafeteria Meeting Room. If you need to contact us before then, please call us! We feel with so little time left, we need to be available to support our teams and all of your great efforts to raise money for such a wonderful cause.

Comanche county is a great place to live with friendly and generous people. Here is our TEAM CHALLENGE!!!! We would like for everyone to bring with them a NEW team captain to our next meeting!!!

You will then get to choose an item from the “Team Challenger Flyer”!!! We still need more teams! Any and all your efforts are appreciated. It’s not too late! The deadline to register a team is March 23rd to ensure that all team members will receive a Relay For Life t-shirt. All team members must be registered. Go to http://www.relayforlife.org and register.

    About Fredda Jones

Fredda Davis Jones was raised “in the country” in Comanche County and learned very early that creativity and innovation are traits that can flourish even in small-town Texas and that with enough effort, indeed nothing is impossible, including being married to the same man for over 40 years! Rickey and Fredda have 2 children, 5 grandchildren, and a crazy life that includes sitting in the bleachers several times a week. The rest of her time is spent creating great content for texansunited.com and marketing small-town Texas.
