• Comanche Indians Keep Playoff Hopes Alive!

Well, as the song says it was cetainly a night of slinging mud, and dirt, and grass as one team of Indians battled another…

…keeping fans on their feet most of the night, a few biting their knuckles, I might add.

However, when the final second ticked off of the clock it was the Comanche Indians on top, their hopes of getting into the playoffs and their smiles still intact!

Next week the Indians travel to Buckaroo land where they will need to beat Breckenridge by at least a nine point spread to continue into post season play.  GO INDIANS!

Of course, the CHS varsity cheerleaders will be right there with us in Breck to cheer the Indians on to VICTORY as will be the Comanche Indian marching band!

    About Fredda Jones

Fredda Davis Jones was raised “in the country” in Comanche County and learned very early that creativity and innovation are traits that can flourish even in small-town Texas and that with enough effort, indeed nothing is impossible, including being married to the same man for over 40 years! Rickey and Fredda have 2 children, 5 grandchildren, and a crazy life that includes sitting in the bleachers several times a week. The rest of her time is spent creating great content for texansunited.com and marketing small-town Texas.
