• Comanche, Texas Sends Donations To Medina

    Children’s Home

You are invited to bag your no longer needed clothing and drop bags in the bins located on the east side of the Pearl Street Church of Christ, 500 North Pearl Street in Comanche, Texas.

The donated clothing is then trucked to the Medina Children’s Home in Medina, Texas, where it is put to good use.

The congregation does ask that you PLEASE do not place items outside of the bins and PLEASE do not leave anything except clothing. When we were there today, we noticed that someone had thrown out a mattress beside the bins.

This means that someone from the congregation will have to load the mattress and find somewhere to dispose of it. This is positively not cool, so here at Texansunited.com we ask that you respect what these people are trying to do for some needy children. Help if you can, and don’t hinder if you can’t.
