• Comanche Volunteer Fire Dept Hosts Dance

In An Effort To Raise Funds

The Comanche Volunteer Fire Department will be hosting its 9th Annual Freedom Street Dance on September 22, 2012, in the Comanche Courthouse Square. Providing the music will be The Tejas Brothers Band; the brothers’ style is contemporary country music, and their shows pack with enthusiastic coutry fans.

All proceeds from the dance will go to the fire department and the AMVETS Post 43 Ladies Auxiliary, both of whom depend on money raised from this dance to help fund their various projects in the Comanche community. The Jaws of Life, two brush trucks, and a refurbished rescue truck have all been made possible by the comminity’s support.

Sponsors may reserve a table for four for $250.00 and a table for eight for $500.00. Reservations for these tables must be made by September 14, 2012.
