• Better Than Crack Brownies

These are oh-so good, and actually very easy to make.  I think we can guarantee that they will be a hit with your family and friends. We warn you though…if you take them to a gathering, beware! Once your friends taste them, you will be expected to make them every time.

For starters, use your favorite brownie recipe, homemade or boxed. Bake in a 9″ x 13″ pan.

    1/2 cup salted peanuts

1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

1 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

    1/2 tablespoon butter

    1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies

Bake brownies. Remove 4-6 minutes early and from the oven. Cover with peanuts and peanut butter cups, and bake for 4-6 minutes more. (I put both in food processor and pulse for a couple of seconds before adding to brownies.)

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Stir in cereal. Remove brownies from oven and evenly pour chocolate mixture over top.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
