• Delicious White Chocolate Brownie Balls!

Yes, they take a bit of time, but my goodness, they are delicious, especially if you use nothing but the best chocolate and a good brownie recipe or mix. Today, I used a milk chocolate mix and cooked it according to the directions on the box, removing the brownies from the oven just a bit before they were done.

I actually made a pan of brownies and paired them with brownie balls.

    1. Allow the brownies to cool enough to handle and then roll into small balls.

    2. Place on cookie sheet  and quick freeze.

    3. Melt white chocolate. I use Ghirardelli (available on Amazon). It is a little more expensive and a LOT better than a cheaper bark.

    4. Roll brownie balls in the chocolate. I wave them a bit to dry before I put on tray and remove toothpick. Of course, I have also left on the toothpick and inserted it into Styrofoam.

    These are DELISH!
