• Detox, But Detox Naturally

All you have to do is go to the health counter in any store and you will find entire rows devoted to detoxing the body or even certain organs within the body. The concept is great; no one wants a system full of toxins. It’s the chemicals, etc. contained within those detox potions that scare me. One doctor even told me that he could always tell when a patient had used a “cleanse” because the colon scope would show a black colon. Gross!

I find that the following works well as a completely natural detox, and no black colons will follow!

    2 tablespoons organic lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon raw honey (or all natural maple syrup)

Mix all ingredients well and take first thing in the morning and last thing at night. If you prefer, you can stir ingredients into a mug of hot water, making a bit of a tea from it.

Drink for a full week. Then, just as a matter of course, drink once or twice per week as a part of your wellness routine.
