• DIY Watermelon Cake Centerpiece

The coming of spring has me thinking about the showers and parties and beautiful brunches, with everyone trying to give her party a different look.DIY WATERMELON CAKE

I found the following on a raw food blog and realized that it could be used to celebrate any spring or summer event and how easy!

Simply slice and peel watermelon so that you have the size you want for your cake layers. Pile whatever fruit you like until your serving piece is  completely covered. Put the rest of your fruit choices on skewers and add to “cake” shortly before you are ready to display.
