A Donkey Whisperer For Congress? Ask Roger Williams

Fredda Davis Jones

I have to tell you that this post is outside the norm for me for one reason…I have not done my homework on Texas’ Roger Williams. Obviously, I remember him as the Texas Secretary of State and his name means vehicles in Weatherford. Other than that, I haven’t thought of him until recently when I believed him to be running for Kay Bailey Hutchison’s Senate seat.

Now, it seems that Mr. Williams has changed his mind and will be running for one of the new empty Congressional seats awarded to Texas because of our growth in population.

I find this a very interesting video for a lot of reasons.

Obviously, Roger Williams is a Conservative Republican. That much I do know about him. However, his video seems to indicate that if his party does not get its act together, the R beside his name could change.

If you can one-up me on info about this candidate, I’d love to know your take on him.
