• Dublin Public Library Bake And Book Sale

Stock Up On Books & Baked Goods!

The Dublin Public Library will host its annual book sale on November 16 from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and  November 17 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.  It’s a great time to stock upon new reads, and with hardback books for $1.00, paperbacks for 25 cents, and a bag (library will provide) of books for $5.00, the price is certainly right!

Of course, the library will also be selling baked goods made by community cooks, and with Thanksgiving just around the corner, you might just be able to save yourself some time in the kitchen!

Sandra says that the library needs your book donations as well as offers to donate baked items (pies, cakes, cookies, jelly, bread, candy, etc.).  Proceeds from sales will go  to purchase new books, e-books, DVDs, and audio books for the library.

    About Fredda Jones

Fredda Davis Jones was raised “in the country” in Comanche County and learned very early that creativity and innovation are traits that can flourish even in small-town Texas and that with enough effort, indeed nothing is impossible, including being married to the same man for over 40 years! Rickey and Fredda have 2 children, 5 grandchildren, and a crazy life that includes sitting in the bleachers several times a week. The rest of her time is spent creating great content for texansunited.com and marketing small-town Texas.
