The Partners in Education (PIE) program, which targeted grades PK-8th grade, had the intermediate school cafeteria filled Tuesday night. Students led interactive booths on a variety of academic topics and also “taught” content or showcased student productions to parents and visitors.
Guest speakers included Dr. Karla O’Donald and Freyca Calderson Berumen who discussed strategies on how to foster a love for learning to build an effective academic relationship with the school.
Mrs. Hammer’s second graders performed a Texas musical and Mr. Stabach’s jazz band provided entertainment.
Glenda Sorrell’s cafeteria team served hot dogs and the Dublin Rotary Club, as part of its ongoing school appreciation mission, provided and served “pie to PIE.
