Dublin Softballer, Cheyenne Holt, Needs Our Help

SOFTBALLER CHEYENNEThank goodness for the neck injury that sent Dublin softballer, Cheyenne Holt, to the hospital for a CT scan! Why? Because without that scan, the nodule on her thyroid might have gone undetected. However, the scan did show the nodule and Holt was taken to Texas Children’s Hospital where a biopsy revealed thyroid cancer.

Surgery revealed that the cancer is metastatic, with lymph nodes involved, meaning more labs and more  treatment will be needed. Of course, all of this means quite an expense for the family.
