• Dublin, Texas To Be The Recipient Of Ben Hogan Archives!

Dublin unveiled the new Hogan bronze Saturday night.

It’s finally happened! Dublin, Texas, the most Irish town in Texas as well as the boyhood home of Ben Hogan, has been named to be the recipient of the Ben Hogan archives. Dublin EDC executive director, Karen Wright, along with many others who have worked tirelessly to establish the Ben Hogan Museum for the town of Dublin, have much to celebrate today as they ready themselves and the town of Dublin for this next chapter.

As new details surface, we will certainly have more information for you. However, for now suffice it to say that the little town that celebrated what would have been Mr. Hogan’s 100th birthday this past week has once again been “put on the map.”

Here at Texansunited.com we send out a hearty CONGRATULATIONS!

    About Fredda Jones

Fredda Davis Jones was raised “in the country” in Comanche County and learned very early that creativity and innovation are traits that can flourish even in small-town Texas and that with enough effort, indeed nothing is impossible, including being married to the same man for over 40 years! Rickey and Fredda have 2 children, 5 grandchildren, and a crazy life that includes sitting in the bleachers several times a week. The rest of her time is spent creating great content for texansunited.com and marketing small-town Texas.
