2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 “dashes” of tabasco sauce
garlic salt–to taste
milk (for creaming)
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
with an electric mixer, cream cheese until fluffy.
begin adding milk about 2-3 TBSP at a time until creamy.
add worcestershire and tabasco sauces, add garlic salt.
cream until fluffy (you might need to add a little more milk to reach desired consistency).
FOLD IN chopped onion. serve with RIDGED (ruffles/wavy lays) potato chips!!!
