February Is A Busy Month For Brennan Vineyards!

February is going to be a busy month around here at Brennan Vineyards!

Just this morning I am getting pictures made for our new tasting room in Fredericksburg called 4.0 Cellars, and we are barreling our last 2011 red wine (the Nero d’Avola). We are bottling here at Brennan Vineyards the last three days of the month so there are many hours of bench trials ahead in the lab in order to put the final touches on our wine this year. We should have a great bunch of new wines.

The middle of the month will be spent down at San Marcos for a few days at the annual TWGGA conference. It is a good time to catch up with our colleagues around the state. The Dallas Morning News Wine Competition is this month as well. So there is a lot to do this month.

I better stop writing this and get to work!
