Cabbage, I used 1/2 head.
Bacon, I used 6 slices.
Because I’m also a carb watcher, this recipe is even better!!
Fry bacon and remove from pan. When cool, break into small pieces.
Slice cabbage into thin strips, and put into hot bacon fat. I must admit that I add about another tablespoon of extra fat.
Once cabbage is cooking, pile bacon on top of cabbage. As cabbage begins to wilt, begin to stir in the bacon.
Cook until cabbage is your desired texture.
