• Harvard Prof Ranks Ted Cruz At Top

    Ted Cruz

    Ted Cruz

There’s no doubt that he seems to be an up and coming star on the political scene. Of course, just how brightly Ted Cruz will shine remains to be seen, but I’ve certainly been standing back and watching both him and his team and trying to figure out just who Ted Cruz really is.

Harvard Law School’s Professor Alan Dershowitz recently told the Daily Caller that Ted Cruz is one of the smartest students to ever come through the school.

“Cruz was an outstanding student in my class,” Dershowitz said. “Without a doubt he is among the smartest  students I’ve ever had… I’ve had great students but he has to be at the top  of anyone’s short list, in terms of raw brain power.”

Dershowitz, a liberal, went on to say that Cruz and he often debated issues in his class with Cruz presenting well thought out ideas on each issue. However, the prof doesn’t think that Ted Cruz will be on the next ticket but will establish himself more before that happens. Of course, everyone believes that the citizenship issue will come front and center should Cruz  decide to run for the highest office in the land.

Of course, we’ve been down that road already, haven’t we?

For now, we’ll just be glad that we are the ones who have him!
