When I saw Lou Underwood walk into a church gathering with this amazing dip in her hands, I waylaid her until I grabbed a photo of what I think is a totally beautifully dip.
1 can (16oz) refried beans
1 pint (16oz) sour cream
1 packet McCormick Taco seasoning
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup guacamole
1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 sliced green onion
1/2 sliced black olives
1. Spread refried beans in shallow serving dish.
2. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning.
3. Spread over beans.
4. Top with shredded cheese, guacamole, chopped tomato, sliced green onion, and sliced black olives.
Makes 8 cups….and the beauty is that if you are a carb watcher, this one is perfectly legal!
