• Low Cal Homemade Ranch Dressing

    And it’s actually delicious!

    Who doesn’t love Ranch Dressing?  Of course, if you are a carb watcher, Ranch is pretty legal, but if you try to monitor your calories, Katie bar the door!  To get enough to taste means getting a few hundred of those pesky calories, and those can add up in a hurry. This recipe just might be exactly what helps you enjoy your food AND stay on your diet since the entire recipe has only 255 calories!

    As you can see, I drizzled it over a salad of cherry tomatoes and green peppers. Delicious!

    Ingredients

    1 cup Dannon Oikos Plain Greek Yogurt
    1 Pack Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
    1/2 Cup 1% Milk

    Preparation

    Stir well and refrigerate for at least an hour.
