• Museum To Host Texas Independence Chili Fundraiser!

CHILIMark you calendars now for Texas Independence Day, March 2, 2014,  because that’s when board members of the Comanche County Historical Museum will be serving up Chili and Crackers and Beans and cornbread or a combo of both, and you are all invited to attend. Of course, the desserts will be provided by Henry Adcock, and you know that means pure DELISH!

The community center will be the place to be anytime between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on March 2, and a donation will get you a meal. As always, the museum has to stay ahead of operating costs, and board members appreciate the support of Comanche County and the surrounding area.

Come celebrate the independence of the greatest state in the Union in typical Texan fashion! Texans United will see you there!!!

Rickey and Fredda have 2 children, 5 grandchildren, and a crazy life that includes sitting in the bleachers several times a week. The rest of her time is spent creating great content for texansunited.com and marketing small-town Texas.
