North Side In Comanche Shaping Up!

Karla Colcleasure and I were walking when we stopped in our tracks, so excited to see the old brick coming back to life on the building that most of us still call the old Service Drug building. Of course, the building actually dates back to the 1890s, and owners, Rex Plumlee and Eddy Parker have every intention of creating a period restaurant that can be marketed as a destination restaurant. Below you will get the best glimpse of what is to come that you have had to date.

We LOVE the old brick, don't you?

About Fredda Jones

Fredda Davis Jones was raised “in the country” in Comanche County and learned very early that creativity and innovation are traits that can flourish even in small-town Texas and that with enough effort, indeed nothing is impossible, including being married to the same man for over 40 years! Rickey and Fredda have 2 children, 5 grandchildren, and a crazy life that includes sitting in the bleachers several times a week. The rest of her time is spent creating great content for and marketing small-town Texas.
