• Paleo Friendly Bacon Wrapped Sweet Potato Bites

I am a girl who loves food… a ton. But, I’m kind of a disaster in the kitchen. I need simple recipes. So, this one is PERFECT! It truly doesn’t get much easier than this. And, it’s paleo!

    Ingredients:
    1 pkg bacon
    1 medium sweet potato
    cayenne pepper
    sea salt

Preheat oven to 350*. Peel sweet potatoes, and cut them into bite sized chunks.

Sprinkle cayenne pepper and sea salt over potatoes.

Cut the bacon slices in half. Wrap each sweet potato bite with a half slice of bacon, and secure with a toothpick.

Place on a baking sheet, and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender, turning once.

Proceed to eat every last one all by yourself. Okay, okay… just kidding. :)
