• Sixth Annual Rodeo Run/Walk-Time To Register

How it  could possibly have been a year since we attended the last Gustine Homecoming is just beyond me, but the calendar tells me that it is true and, of course, that means that Kate Denning is working like crazy making plans for the 6th Annual Rodeo Run/Walk 5K.

The following info comes straight to you from Kate:

    Saturday, May 26, 2012 @ 8:00 AM
    Main Street Pavilion
    200 Main St
    Gustine, Texas 76455

    Early (by 5/11/12)          17 & under $15.00           18 & over $20.00

    Late                                    17 & under $15.00           18 & over $25.00

Race Day (5/26/12)         All Ages $25.00

T-shirt guaranteed with early registration only by 5/11/12!!

Join us for the 6th Annual Rodeo Run/Walk 5K. This run is hosted in conjunction with the Gustine Homecoming Celebration. You will want to be sure to bring the entire family.

There will be kid’s games, entertainment under the pavilion, the largest cake & pie auction you have ever seen, a parade, and much, much more. Don’t forget your boots and jeans so you can mosey on down to the junior rodeo and then the main street dance. It’s just a “little ole street where old friends meet.”

    $100.00 Cash Prize will be awarded to the Overall Male & Female and Masters Male & Female. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in the following age groups: Male & Female 5 & under, 6-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-17, 18-20, 21-25, 26-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70 & over.

Race day registration will begin at 7:00 am and the run will start promptly at 8:00 am.
