• Stuffed Chicken Breast, Anyone? GREAT Recipe & Video

    Want your family to think you’ve slaved over dinner? Shea Holland shared her recipe with us, and I can tell you that these are pretty, make you look like a great cook, AND they are delicious! If you want to watch these being made, I’ve inserted a video below.

    Preheat oven to 350

    Chicken Breasts
    1 package of room temp. Cream Cheese
    Basil (to taste)
    Italian seasoning to taste (to taste)
    Salt and Pepper (to taste)
    Wooden Toothpicks (soaked in water)
    Olive Oil Spray

    Pound out chicken breasts. Season the cream cheese with the above seasonings to taste. Mix well.

    Fill the inside of the chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture. Then roll the chicken breast up and secure with toothpick. Brush the outside of the breast with olive oil.

    Place in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
