Volunteers Getting Windows Ready To “Dress”

Of course, the plans for the Higginbotham property are large and will have to be accomplished in phases; however, volunteers are anxious to get some things into those beautiful show windows just to let people know that progress is being made.  This past week I grabbed a camera when I saw volunteers doing some planning.

Cliff Conway, Sharon McKinnon, and Kristi Taylor were measuring and plotting on fitting something through the door.

I actually found Marvin McKinnon, Carolyn Merworth, and Randy Taylor up in the windows in deep thought!

Comanche is unbelievably fortunate to have thousands of vehicles a day pass right through its town square and no, those vehicles are not all carrying truckers and deer hunters; that volume of traffic is, however, what most marketing agencies dream of as they create their marketing campaigns!

If you’d like to be a part of any of the projects taken on by Revitalize Comanche, Inc., contact any member who will positively be happy to put you to work!

About Fredda Jones

Fredda Davis Jones was raised “in the country” in Comanche County and learned very early that creativity and innovation are traits that can flourish even in small-town Texas and that with enough effort, indeed nothing is impossible, including being married to the same man for over 40 years! Rickey and Fredda have 2 children, 5 grandchildren, and a crazy life that includes sitting in the bleachers several times a week. The rest of her time is spent creating great content for texansunited.com and marketing small-town Texas.
