So Now You Know by Patty Hirst

It doesn’t take long to discover that Patty Hirst loves Dublin, Texas, and the people who live in Dublin.  She is also one of the reasons that Texansunited.com has been able to show the world just how special this Irish Texas town actually is.

“My blog will allow readers to get a quick glimpse at some of the people of Dublin. My goal is to introduce readers to a cross section of the folks I know and like to spend time with; I hope they will enjoy a brief look at what brought people to Dublin, what they like about the town, and a little bit about each of these people–because put all of them together and that is what makes Dublin so special–its people!”

So Then What Happened? by Elaine Smith

Elaine, a straight-but not narrow, non-tatooed biker chick, has a good sense of humor and can express deep feelings with her words. She has published “Ridin’ Around – Taillights in Chrome – 8-Tracks on Wheels”  a novel based on a horrific true crime incident. One Wrong Move, with ties to Erath County, is expected to be released on March 1, 2012.

The Life Of A High School Senior by Yaritza Corrales

Hello readers at Texansunited.com! My name is Yaritza Corrales. I am seventeen years old and a senior at Dublin High School. I have gone to the Dublin schools since seventh grade and will be graduating this May. I am currently helping with the community calendar of Dublin, but pretty soon I will be a regular blogger for the website. This will be the first time that I will be blogging. It will be a completely new experience, and I hope we all have fun and learn much. I will try to make the blogs as entertaining and informative as possible. I will be blogging weekly for the rest of the semester about life as a high school senior. I am extremely eager to begin this new episode as a blogger, for I feel this is going to be quite a change. I am open to any suggestions, comments, concerns, or requests you name it. See ya’ll soon!
